These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of legacyinsuregroup.com and calculator.legacyinsuregroup.com (together, the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. About us

Legacy Insurance Group is an independent life insurance agency operated by Gilbert Lopez, a licensed insurance agent. We are located at 2267 Country Club Road, Woodburn, OR 97071 and are licensed in 30+ U.S. states. We represent multiple carriers and help clients compare plans and apply for coverage.

3. Carrier independence

We are not affiliated with Medicare, Medicaid, or any government agency. We are not affiliated with Colonial Penn, State Farm, or any carrier displayed on the Site solely for comparison purposes. Carriers we actively represent include Mutual of Omaha, Corebridge Financial (AIG), American Amicable, Liberty Bankers, Baltimore Life, CICA Life, Combined/Chubb, and Gerber Life, among others. A full current list is available on request.

4. Rate calculator

Our rate calculator at calculator.legacyinsuregroup.com provides estimated monthly premiums based on carrier rate charts. Estimates assume simplified issue (or guaranteed issue where applicable), no unusual underwriting factors, and healthy applicant profiles for the age and tobacco-use disclosures you provide. Your actual rate may differ after underwriting. We recommend speaking with an agent before committing to any policy.

5. Quotes and applications

Submitting a quote request or application through this Site does not create an insurance contract. No coverage is in effect until a carrier formally approves your application and issues a policy. A licensed agent will contact you by phone, email, or text to complete the application process.

6. SMS and phone contact

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Legacy Insurance Group, including messages sent via automated systems. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Text messaging consent is not required to purchase any product or service. See our Privacy Policy for more detail.

7. Intellectual property

The content, design, code, rate tables, carrier comparison logic, and written material on this Site are owned by Legacy Insurance Group © 2026 and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, or republish our content without written permission
• Use our rate tables, calculator logic, or comparison data in your own product
• Frame, mirror, or embed the calculator without permission
• Use the Legacy Insurance Group name or logo in a way that implies affiliation

Carrier logos shown on the Site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are displayed as an appointed independent agent.

8. Third-party links

The Site includes links to third-party sites (such as carrier portals, Google Maps, or our self-service application partner Ethos). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of third-party sites. Visit those sites at your own discretion and review their terms separately.

9. Third-party applications (Ethos)

Our "Apply Self-Service" option links to Ethos Life (agents.ethoslife.com), a separate licensed agency. When you apply through that link, you are transacting with Ethos, not Legacy Insurance Group directly. Ethos' terms and privacy policy apply to that interaction. We may receive a referral commission.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no warranty that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any rate or information displayed.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Legacy Insurance Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information shown. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of commissions received for your policy in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts of Marion County, Oregon.
