Legacy Insurance Group is an independent insurance agency based at 2267 Country Club Road, Woodburn, OR 97071. We are owned and operated by Gilbert Lopez, a licensed insurance agent. We are not affiliated with Medicare, Medicaid, or any government agency, and we are not affiliated with any carrier whose name appears on this site for comparison purposes.

2. Information we collect

We only collect information that helps us give you an accurate quote or answer your question.

You give us directly

• Name, phone, email, and mailing address when you request a quote, submit a form, or apply for coverage
• Date of birth, gender, state, tobacco use, health information, and coverage amount when you use our rate calculator or speak with an agent
• Any message content you send us via SMS, email, or our contact forms

We collect automatically

• IP address and general location (used for rate-limiting and fraud prevention)
• Browser, device, and operating system information
• Pages visited and how you got to our site (referrer URL)

From third parties

• Underwriting information from carriers during the application process (with your authorization)

Text messaging consent is not required to purchase any product or service. You can also opt out at any time by calling 971-444-6449 or emailing info@legacyinsuregroup.com.

5. Who we share information with

We share your information only when needed to provide the service you asked for or as required by law:

• Insurance carriers when you apply for a policy (with your authorization)
• Our CRM (GoHighLevel) to store and manage your record
• Payment processors if you pay a premium through us
• Our secure hosting provider (SiteGround and Cloudflare) that runs our website
• Law enforcement if legally compelled

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information for third-party marketing.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Know what information we have about you
• Request a copy or correction of that information
• Ask us to delete it
• Opt out of marketing or automated decisions

We take reasonable steps to protect your information — HTTPS encryption, honeypot protection on our forms, rate-limiting on our quote submissions, and access controls on our CRM. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Cookies

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes take effect when posted.
